Army Stronger

Monday, December 31st, 2007

Feelin’ sore after fightin’ son. Boy’s gotta right hook a pa can be proud of. Ain’t dat pussy shit seenin’ out dar in the field of battle today. Ma boy bread to kill. Bread to earn a way her. Gotta. Ma’ boy’s got da best insurance a citizen can have.  Shit, aitn’t telln’ me it aint’t worth of ma’ boy to have him fight for health. Ain’t no other way. Even if there was, battle make ma’ boy a man even before me. I waited too long to have ma’ first kill. Was more a man than a kid. Could drink at home. But it theater we were treaded like adults.

Thursday, December 20th, 2007

I’m so proud of ma’ boy. After only a few months of life he ready for Army trainin’. Boy can barely walk but now is the time to train is what they sayin’ it’s time to teach da boy ta kill like a man. But I don’t know. I kinda like da boy bein’ around now. Aint got use to bein’ his pa.

Ma’ wife will have nothin’ of ma fussin’ sayin’ she just got ta da’ do it for day Army. She been difference since da Navy return her. Ma’ God she can fight better dan me. She got these thoughts about hurtin’ I’m not wantin’ ma boy to know so soon.

Army seenin’ everything will be A OK. They say those hormones they given him will make him numb to killin’ and dyin’. Make hiim grow fearless and mean.

I just hope when I see him next he’ll hug me. He won’t be leavin’ for a Tropos or 2. I gotta love him now.

Ma’ Boy Beats Me

Sunday, December 2nd, 2007

I not knowin’ what’s in dat dare Army growth stuff. But its got ma’ son pushin’ me around. He can too. With one arm. One arm dat’s bigger dan mine.

Scared of ‘em. I just wanna hold ‘em my arms, but he just wantin’ to push me around. So I know how strong he is.

I tell ‘em he’s strong. I tell him I love him. But he push me with those muscles. Just wanna wrestle and fight. Punches me in ma’ arm alot.

Try to stop givin’ them those Army growth stuff, but wife won’t let me.
